Memorial Weekend Baking

Hi, Everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a great holiday. Many thanks and unlimited appreciation to the soliders and their families. May God bless them now and always.

I had a very very busy weekend. Friday, I held a scrapnight after work. Didn't get much scrapping done, but it was super fun. Saturday, I made the Mario cupcake below with the handmade cupcake toppers. These were for my nephew's adorable Mario Party that my sister in law threw! She did an amazing job. We then came home and worked on a cake that was needed for a neighbor's step mom. It was a lot of work, but so worth it. Sunday we had a get together for my grandfather's birthday and then Monday we did a TON of cleaning (still neeed to do 2 tons more!). I hope your weekend was relaxing or productive, whichever you want. Have a great rest of this short work week! :o)

Cupcakes Galore!

I have been so busy with my Fulltime job that I just haven't had much time for myself or my hobbies. But it definitely hasn't stopped me from baking! So I wanted to share some fun creations I made.

I didn't make the cupcake toppers, but definitely enjoyed making the cupcakes.

I made the adorable little butterfly toppers as well!

Gymnastics Cupcakes!!

Oh these were just a blast to make. I handmade the adorable cupcake toppers by using an image I found from google images. I cut out the pink circles with my Cricut Imagine. And then added a cute bow and some bling, OF COURSE! ;o)

The cupcakes were made with white cake and vanilla pudding filling! Arctic White Icing was the topping with sugar crystals! And to top them off... a cupcake topper for this cute little gymnist customer who is turning 2!

Happy New Years!

Geez, Louis! I have been gone for a VERY VERY LONG TIME. But it's for a good thing this time! I've been working and being healthy.. I did have one more surgery in November, but everything came out PERFECT! Life is good and I'm so happy 2011 is GONE!! FOREVER! Now we must continue to pray for those that are still ill and need all the prayers they can get. I wanted to share some goodies I made since I've been gone.

These were as always VERY fun to make!

Fun Cakes and Cupcakes!

I have had one busy weekend. I have 4 cakes to make and 24 cupcakes.. but the great thing is that I finished 2 cakes and the cupcakes already.. and the other 2 cakes I don't have to make until tmw. Yay! Well, here's what I created.

Then I was also able to work on my cake pops! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!
